Phoenix Suns forward Dillon Brooks was arrested on suspicion of a marijuana DUI in Scottsdale. Brooks denied smoking marijuana, but police officers reported a strong odor coming from his vehicle.

A bill is pending in the General Assembly that would prevent officers from considering smell as a determination of impairment.
