These cold and snowy conditions can be a challenge for the Anna's hummingbirds who over-winter on B.C.'s west coast. Did you know Anna's hummingbirds are already nesting and their babies are starting to fledge (leave the nest)! This may seem early but this is normal for this species to nest in the winter months.
